Acceptable Stay With Noticeable Flaws

The staff was friendly enough, I guess, and seemed capable enough. The pool was somewhat clean.
The room I got was in poor shape. The air conditioning struggled to keep the space cool during the day. This was hardly ideal. the bathroom had a persistent, musty smell. One could say, it was disgusting. The provided toiletries smelled strongly of artificial lavender, so no good.

The staff members were friendly and helpful . I appreciated the tour Padmi booked for me and her attention to my food allergies. I also found the bedrooms had everything I needed including air conditioning and a balcony. I enjoyed the treatments at the spa and found it a relaxed environment.
The beautiful room I booked had a wall in front of the balcony. I was not informed about this before checking in. I would have preferred a room with a view.

a decent experience

helpful staff great pool good food poor connection many stairs noisy area
the staff seemed amazing. they were kind and happy to help. the pool with the bar was great. the food quality was good, for both breakfast and lunch.
The internet connection was not good. My room's location was probably why. there were a lot of stairs to negotiate with bags. my room was too far from the reception area and close to the bar. Surrounding noise was high.
